Refund policy
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
The time period for returning merchandise is thirty days from date of delivery. Regarding defective or flawed merchandise we need to be contacted via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt to note the problem in order to qualify for any future return or exchange. The key to returning any item is to send it back in the exact same condition as received. Any item returned needs to be eligible to be put back on our shelves and later sent to another customer. For this reason, returned apparel must be unworn, unsoiled and be in new /perfect condition. Perfect / new condition includes items properly folded with all clothing tags in place. Items not meeting these criteria will be subject to a restocking charge.
We cannot accept garments that have been worn, scented, soiled, damaged, laundered or with pet hair. Any item received in this or any altered condition may only receive partial credit or will be sent back to the purchaser as no credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment. Unauthorized returns sent back after 30 days will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.
